BigBird Travels is a cab booking service that arranges rides through its own fleet as well as trusted third-party taxi partners.
When you click “Book Now”, you will be redirected to WhatsApp for direct communication and booking confirmation.
2️⃣ Role as a Facilitator
BigBird Travels may provide transportation through its own fleet or arrange transportation through trusted third-party taxi partners, depending on vehicle availability and booking requirements.
While we aim to provide reliable and timely service, BigBird Travels is not responsible for:
Delays in pickup or drop
Missed flights, trains, or events
Accidents, breakdowns, or mechanical issues
3️⃣ Limited Liability
BigBird Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide safe, reliable and timely transportation. However, delays or disruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather conditions, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or other unforeseen events.
4️⃣ Payments
Payment terms, fare details and any applicable advance amount will be communicated to the customer before booking confirmation. Payment may be made to BigBird Travels, the assigned driver, or the authorized taxi partner, as communicated at the time of booking.
5️⃣ Changes & Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations must be requested through WhatsApp or phone. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the timing of cancellation and any costs already incurred for the confirmed booking. Any applicable refund of an advance payment will be communicated and processed accordingly.
6️⃣ Dispute Resolution
For any concern or dispute related to a booking, please contact BigBird Travels directly through phone or WhatsApp. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter and, where a third-party taxi partner is involved, coordinate with the assigned partner to assist in resolving the issue.
